Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy. To start a return, contact zimmieoz@mycolourcup.com. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags and proof of purchase.

Returns should be sent to 48591 Bean Road, Ridge, MD 20680. If your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.

Exceptions

Personalized or custom items cannot be returned. Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Exchanges and refunds

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the item you have, then make a separate purchase once the return is accepted. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us.

European Union customers

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
